An example using Three.js. A 3D shape is created from AW3D terrain data, and a land surface temperature image is applied as a texture. The 3D model can be downloaded as a GLB file. Some execution results are displayed in the browser console.

The observation time for land surface temperature by the Global Change Observation Mission - Climate "SHIKISAI" (GCOM-C) is around 10:30 AM. The land surface temperature is higher on the southeastern slope of Mount Fuji because sunlight hits it well during this time.
